Thread regarding Kellogg Co. layoffs

has any other former kellogg's employee received a letter from a collection agency about re-paying "used, un-earned PTO?"

a billion dollar corporation chasing former employees for "over paid wages"

how about the money i have lost constantly repairing my car that you made me buy and put thousands of miles on per month? how about my family that never saw me for the entire duration of my employnent?

getting pretty desperate, arent you?

no kellogg's items will ever be in my home again. my family has also boycotted you!!

I was told big K has collection agency's already lined up to collect the bonus $ given upfront if person quits before their termination date.

If you get the 25% $ upfront and don't fulfill the agreement (stay to end) you have to pay that $ back.

I don't want the $ upfront. Knowing this Co. They will wreck my credit rating cause they are such F-Tards.

Your best bet would be to contact HR to see if you have actually used any "un-earned PTO." It could be a scam by someone pretending to be a collection agency working on behalf of K.

My sypathies to all my former colleagues!!! Truly can't believe that this is how you have been treated. who knew that reaching that 2020 growth plan would be like this!?!

Kellogg's, I am so happy i got out on my own terms. Just hate that i allowed you to destroy my life for so many years!! Working 60-80 hours per week, and driving the car you made me buy into the ground.

Good riddance!!!

Seems like the Kellogg's vision for the future is treat employees like the enemy.

It's not just Kellogg's.

Corporations have been emptied of every penny of equity and cash trying to maintain the illusion of a recovery.

Now it is coming apart, and it will be a horror show.
