Management is clueless, we know that.
What hurts the most is that our union is in their pocket and sells us out.
Our job is always in jeopardy. You get in trouble for doing exactly what you were hired to do and do it well.
At CSX, you can be the most talented, hardest worker and make the same as the laziest guys.

The only problem with the unions is that they have to spend all of their time dealing with the screwups caused by the 10% of the people who NEED to be fired...the other 90% have to suffer along with them and never get anything positive accomplished.
