Thread regarding CSX Corp. layoffs

Harrison is ripping CSX, as we knew it, to shreds, 1000s of pieces are flying in the air...

So far, 1000 management separations, and he's just starting, how long has it been? Like 2 month into this adventure?

He's also pushing out all contractors, and we know, there are hundreds of them. Most people are not too keen of contractors, but whatever.... I kind of think we were just fine, but he wants change and that's it - it'll get worse - it is too quick for many, is bad and it'll destroy culture and what CSX is...

Hunter Harrison will go for the Big Enchilada and offer a merger deal with the Union Pacific because UP is grossly mismanaged! If Harrison's efficiency formula is applied to the UP, the stock is worth upward of $200 a share!

Get used to it folks, everyone who said it couldn't get worse are finding out that it can. Dbl.H is just another greedy bastard in a long line of them. If he had any real balls Sanborn would be gone, mumbles the clown (Swafford) and he would guy this idiotic attendance policy and fix the FMLA problem in the process.

All you managers who say in your offices and cracked jokes about firing another T&E employee today.. Well today is your day.

we have a constant fear of being fired regardless of performance. mgmt only cares about themselves and making sure they get their cut. csx should learn to think about the employees or it will no longer attract the best talent at all
