Altert Hyderabad employees Complaint filed with telanganaa government about this Tamil company trying to fire locals in Hyderabad and bring in Tamils(poor performers) in large number from chennai and coimbatore.
Also attempts being made to shift well running projects from hyderabad to chennai and coimbatore and push large number of of local telugu people on to bench to be fired.

It's not time to become regional/communal. It's better that all victims unite & ask for justice in groups. Ex. ask for 6months salary. or deny from resigning. or 6 months notice period etc.
For an "Associate Projects" position they are offering 2 months salary, or 2 months notice period option only. Well one of my friends has opted for 2 months notice period serve option, he resigned in the tool.

Agree with Paparao. Feel the same many times when our people blaming others without a common sense. When Sathyam went into issue few years back, do we know who were affected and laid off most ?
Only Tamils have benefited from this company 7 out of 10 lead and manager positions are with Tamils they cheat a lot in appraisals.
Telugu people got green card on merit and excellence and Tamils grow by means favoritism and forming tamil regional syndicate and tamil mafia.

After taking CNO financial operation 3 years ago in hyderabad all telugu people were fired in violation of contract terms and project work moved to Coimbatore
The so-and-so tamil company has given Green Card to so many telugu people and given a bright future in USA and several other developed countries. I know that many of my telugu friends have joined to get benefit out of it. Won't it be unfair now to blame that company? How do we say that the company is unfair for telugu people
Its not the right one... They are infact removing lots of people at Chennai as they are not protesting unlike other cities. Its a good company and its employee friendly. don't paint your dirty Golti politics here...
