Dell is private and no longer bound by Federal law to announce lay offs. One reason more and more companies are going private they can screw the workers and the to guy like Dell still look good to the outside world.

It is likely that Dell has an agreement with all of the publishers that do advertising for Dell products.........Don't bash Michael Dell and we won't take our advertising dollars to your competitors.
Non of the layoffs are public. They are silent. Unless folks expose it on this website, it'll not be known
