As of Dec. 31, 2016, the company had approximately 16,000 employees, of which 227 were represented by a labor union. On March 10, 2017, an additional 100 employees became represented by a union. Save your union dues and play the lottery it sounds like much better odds of winning.

How many left from that 16,000? Only ones that got their jobs back were union. I am not a gambler but I would say percentage wise, non union hasn't done to well staying employed. Come back with some facts or statistics and then we can talk.
