No bonuses, under the guise that this would mean no layoffs. False! HR slipped it's happening. Board should fire an inept SLT, not techs and ppl doing the work of others plus their own job. IT is an absolute travesty and impossible to work with. No accountability there just political posturing: so sad.

I agree, it is very sad what Frontier did to a great company, in under 10 years they have driven PA into the ground. I cannot wait until competition really hits and they feel even more pain, maybe then the executives won't get their bonuses, just like they did to the actual people that work and don't sit on conference calls all day.
I recently left frontier after 12 years as an outside tech in Oregon. One of my ex coworkers today told me they are offering buy outs to techs.
In Pennsylvania there was a surplus declared for the outside techs. They are offering a "buy out" which is a JOKE!
