Thread regarding Altice USA (Cablevision) layoffs

As Soon As You Guys Gave Up On Yourselves... I GAVE UP ON YOU.

It's been a while seen I've handed any postings here. I stood by and checked every single day on your progress. Not saying a word. For a second I thought you guys came to your senses and realized you were being set-up for negative future changes. Changes that YOU will be powerless to do anything about. Changes that will grant ATS ultimate authority over your status with this company, your salary, your "future wages", your workload, their HIGH expectations from you and your work schedule. And EVERYDAY you WILL wonder if it'll be your last. Write-ups will be common place.

About 50% of everything I have predicted has come to pass. And as I have said to you before.... there's MORE to come. This summer will be a shocker for you but NOT for ATS. And because you decided on voting against having a union, you either feel you can handle ATS alone or you've placed your trust in management.

This posting is my final hoorah. You've read how management couldn't handle me. I became their main attraction.... their nemesis. Because I am a fighter. And I back it up with facts. I also realize it doesn't pay to lend my support to losers or chumps. Take your pick.

I'm retired and happy. I left when I saw the storm coming. I told everyone I saw in my depot to do the same. And some of those guys later on, were either fired or "set-up" to be fired. And many who were made "offers", smartly accepted. And those who didn't take the offer have regretted it and will be gone soon. Those who decided to NOT take the 10% deduction and accept the 2% will be gone also. It only makes business sense.

So I am done with you guys. I congratulate ATS management for a beautifully orchestrated B.S. story laid upon you guys. They've proven that YOU ARE A WASTE OF TIME. It's not worth offering any meaningful advice nor good fortune during your time with ATS. Realize this: if ATS allows you to stay with them for a long period of time, then your salary will increase in time. Do you THINK that will sit well with them? You're easily replaceable with lower-salary personnel. So forget committing to ATS for a career move. Then again... WHAT DO YOU CARE?

I only ask that you remember this.... I enjoy my lattes slightly warm and not hot.... when I see you working at Starbucks.

Thanks for the effort. I know you did this because you cared, if the techs had 1/4 of your passion we would of got things done, and the company would not have been decimated thanks my brother.

@Obeeone - just a heads up

Years ago, I stopped going to Starbucks once I found out that they've repeatedly discriminated against employees attempting to unionize. 😡
