This note is for the new VP at Devon.

Would it be possible for you to somehow orchestrate throwing out the Devon CEO and putting Lee in as Devon CEO. Think of how cool that would be! You could take over the world.

And if that doesn't work, let's try to encourage Lee to text and drive as much as possible.

He left on his own - i wish him luck.

Dont worry about permian. We will just drill it without any subsurface work and wonder why results are below average.

Marathon doesn't care that its best people are leaving so will do nothing about it. They don't want anyone with over 5 years experience anyway so really just doing them a favor to leave at that point.

At least we will save a few bucks on staff to make up for losing millions on subpar wells.
