Employees that agreed to a pay structure change were dismayed when last pay cycle we were all given 80% less than what was promised to us. When we attempt to bring it up to our supervisors we are told to stop being negative and to just go out and do your job better so that things like this will not happen again? It does amaze me that the company who fails to pay its employees the guaranteed wage that we excepted and when we complain we are told that we are being negative. However I'm sure executives and management got what they were promised it's the face of the company that always get short changed.

That's the issue when your dealing with your employer everything is perfect when you say yes.
The first time you say no it's a warning. The second time you say no you are being negative. Let's not even begin on the 3rd time good luck Ats.
I do not wish bad on anyone, I got fooled by the company once will never get fooled again by them, we tried to tell my coworkers no one would listen, if it's not done to them it's not their problem. This is what you decided not to trust the old lazy employees. Trust the new shiny generation gigaspeed liars that recently got here.

In Oakland we just got our merit increase, supervisors ignore us, and we got a new coffee machine. Life is good! Its 20 times better than trying for that impossible 20% bonus. Actually everyone has been pretty positive.
