No outsourcing in Canada or US; its India. Indians pay no reciprocal tax so US and Canadian dollars flow to them in a vacuum.. global service economy only makes sense as long as the government is printing money. Enbridge cuts will get bigger and bigger as they struggle to keep the shareholders happy until they sell off... Enbridge will be the most awesome failure as US and Canadian companies pick up the pieces at a massive discount.
I agree 100%. I don't like being outsourced, but at least make them a Canadian company. Our government should tax the crap out of any company that off-shores high tech jobs...period.
