Thread regarding Marathon Oil Corp. layoffs

Marathon apathy continues

Just received my Form 1095-C to submit with my taxes due today. The envelope was postmarked April 10th. The IRS deadline for mailing them out was March 2nd, but they continue to do whatever they want whenever they want. Smh!

Going forward, let's just call the HR dept., "Resources." Blue Jeans, along with her ever-present, 6 foot guard dog, are the leaders of the scheme to eliminate "Human" from the Marathon equation. Karma is a real b*#ch! The question is why does it seem to take so long for Karma to locate and knock the bad ones off of their high horses?!

Here come the HR excuses. They just woke up from their after lunch nap. Agree there are worse problems. We have plenty of them.

You do not need that form to file your taxes because you just tell Turbo tax or your accountant you had coverage. If this is all you can complain about, you are very fortunate.

All of them get paid full time but show up part time. Lunches on company much of the time.

They don't care about their active employees, why would you think they'd care about terminated ones? There's nothing human about that HR department, the worst I've ever seen! You can just hope that one of these days their pompous arrogance comes back and bites them.
