Employee is resinging or they are firing/Terminating? Will they give any Extra Amount before asking employees to resign?

I am also in MS bucket, called by HR & given 2 options & asked to resign. should we all join and file a case?
the process is simple they make you sit on bench (the internal system show RMG and dms a flag that u are identified for layoff) u will shown as not in demand skill and after u age on bench for few weeks there will be call to meet HR where u will be asked what u are doing to get allocated to project and questioned on your lack of skills and demoralized before being asked to resign to avoid being fired on performance grounds and given a letter to that effect which will impact ur career .
u will opt to resign and u will relieved immediately to save notice money and all due and leaves adjusted to save ton of money to company.
the system was designed and perfected in 2010 in Techm by their HR and legal team. The identified f employees are systematically locked for fictitious roles which dont match their skill and a rejection record is generated(the rejection mail can be prevented from going to employee) after dozen or so records are generated over a few week the person is called and asked to resign.
Even it employee ducks the system and finds project using his own connection the hiring manager is informed off the flag and given replacement.
THE RMG HR staff have taken these dirty practices to many other companies - capgemini, wipro, syntel, cts steria etc.
