I will spell it out completely for you. With the sale of Geismar, this leaves a lot of overhead people and management looking for something to do, i suspect many are worried about losing their jobs, because the captains quarters are all ready overcrowded.

Everyone is trying to keep their job, if they are in management, where elese can they go? Wasn't it obvious with the way the terminations where handled last year and the fact that aren't interested in rehiring anyone. That's life in USA.
