About 50 folks got laid off already, we'll have more cuts and more locations will be closed. In short, the customer preferences are changing and we are caught in the middle. There is no more loyalty as far as customer is concerned, Amazon is changing the online game and mobile phones too.
The supply chain needs to be accelerated, more mobile and digital needs to introduced, buy at home - pick up at store, home delivery, in store returns, ship from store, all of this is coming. Some folks get it and are working on this, others are not... Just watch what Walmart is doing, that's where things will go as it relates to stores (all of things that I noted)... God Bless...
