How many people have already hit send on there resume will there be mass exodus.

Merchandisers are leaving in our area and with the weak merchandiser managers/schedulers leadership teams we don't expect anything but bad service rest of time here.
I wish we had the communication skills company wide to all agree to take a week or 2 off "sick". Hurt them the only place it matters.
