Its all there between the lines, if we read the full year results and if CTS wants to achieve the operating margins what Elliot is asking them to do they need to save around 900 Million for an anticipated revenue of 14.3 Bn, by 2020 they will downsize by more than 25%. I hope its the senior folks who would be asked to leave and not the other way round becuase if it happens that way then it would be death knell!!

Since these IT biggies have claimed huge tax break for decades claiming to create mass employment (which is not correct, they only created huge profit for themselves and US based client by driving down salaries to dismal levels) they still ant to fool government that they can created huge employment and claim SEZ tax breaks.
regional lobbies like tamil lobby in chennai hyderabad and bangalore and marathi lobby in pune have made things worse as grossly biased appraisal are being done and non loca lemployees victimized

Yes very much true. They are incapable of giving projects and finally putting associates in bench and unnecessarily firing people without any proper justification. I have seen my friends have been given bad rating and have been forcefully asked to put down papers.
