my bad- it is 60 days

"What do I have to do?

The US WARN Act requires covered employers to provide at least 60 days advance notice of "plant closing" or "mass layoff" that would result in loss of employment by at least 50 full-time employees during any 30-day period. Employment losses for two or more groups of employees at a single site within a 90 day period may be aggregated unless the Employer can demonstrate the employment losses were the result of separate and distinct actions. Under the US WARN Act:

There is a 90 day warn law on New York so there should be notice

Any answer from here would be pure speculation but we all saw how they handled Shelton, CT call center!

searched online to see when the lease expires for that office space but couldn't find any info.

What you guys need to find out is if all of you are considered "customer-facing employees"

here's the quote from page 79 of the PSC/Altice agreement:

"The Commission will prohibit Cablevision from laying off, or taking any action effecting an involuntary reduction (excluding retirement incentives and attrition), in any customer-facing jobs in New York in the four years following the issuance of this Order."

“customer-facing jobs” is defined to mean those positions with direct interaction with customers; including, but not limited to call center and other walk-in center jobs, and service technicians.

IMHO, after seeing Altice business practices thus far, they will very likely close down Bartow. They will find or create a loophole so that they'll be able to get around any legal ramifications.
