leadership now reminding those left behind that we should be grateful for the jobs we have and put even MORE effort (aka free time they won't pay for) into our roles.
Yah, because I should be giving a multi-billion dollar organization more of my time for nothing so the top can get bigger bonuses and pay raises. I'm done.

even better.... did 2 interviews, have 2 job offers! either would be excellent so taking the weekend to figure things out and give my notice on Monday.
For those wondering if there is life after this chaos, there is. Go find it. No company should be allowed to abuse people the way this one is.
(and yes, I'm going to file a labor complaint once I am gone as it is illegal to tell people they have to work for free so maybe I can save others from the nonsense....)
This sounds like the late 70's Consumers Gas...I always loved when my boss talked to me that way, then I watched his horror with absolute glee when they wound up chopping him.
