Q2 Budgets finally came out and in my honest opinion they are ridiculous. With the Walmart transition in June Kelloggs is going to work us to death as we are on budget pace to earn the car then in P6 W3 the walmart transition takes place and they will only count scan sales at Walmart for the last 2 weeks of the period thus screwing us out of earning the company car. I'm sick of all the games they play and all the deceit. They know what they are doing my budget is not realistic and not attainable so why should I even try? I will go through the motions keep zero on hands in check and play the game to get the stay/severance bonus. They can keep the car the transmission is already staring to go out anyways. I don't know if anyone else feels the same way but my stores have said they are giving our permanent end cap locations away to other vendor companies next month soon we will have no space to hit any of the numbers. If I were u I would tap the breaks no need to work 60 hr plus when your paid salary.Also if u guys and girls try to bury your merchandisers u won't have a merchandiser and u will be your own merchandiser/ sales rep good luck
