What's with Intel having and retaining Managers with a High School diploma ?

Intel will become a greater GPTW after the next layoff of Intel oldies. Their Intel experience has a value of ZERO, NADA, ZILCH.

Laidoff were better qualified in continuing idiotic ways in which Intel works and how to be inefficient, late in delivering with defective products. Good riddance !

The URM hiring is just SMOKE and MIRRORS! A large number of experienced and better qualified URMs were laid off by incompetent and sometimes non-URM managers--lifers--who DO NOT even a bachelors degree! Look at a few managers and you will come to understand! The redress processes are a farce, to say the least!

No kidding. This is the time to look at the lifeboats and mentally plan your escape route not pick useless fights

The diversity program is just smoke and mirrors to balance bad press with good while they lay off experienced engineers. They were going to lay you off anyway. The unfortunate thing for the people still there is that you now know just how much your managers lie to you, a bunch of experienced URMs that wouldn't get hired anywhere else and an army of H1b's to train.
