Thread regarding Kellogg Co. layoffs

Done-Done-Done

Here is to all those wonderful, supportive, smiling faces that mistreat us in their stores and backrooms. Walmart my hats off to you for investing in receiver and grocery mgr training -- how to mistreat vendors and complain about backstop but take down our displays with 24 hours.

I hope that you flush right down the pipes right along side of Kellogg! Gosh, maybe Walmarts Undercover Boss should stop in a few of their s---y Walmart stores and deal with their pleasant grocery mgmt employees! Not paid enough to deal with it nor are the car and incentives worth it!

I will never buy kellogg product again after they stopped advertising on Breitbart. Kellogg is a bunch of Obama supporters and I will never give them a dime

WM account managers, DMs, and Sales Reps are to blame. They keep blasting in product and are told to lie to the receiver and grocery manager that it was a "home office" feature. All they care about is getting it through the back receiving doors, and then it becomes the merchandisers problem. I have been encouraging receivers to refuse the loads and telling them the truth about why all that product is coming in. There is no benefit to the merchandisers having all this crap come in, as long as the reps get the sales and make the merchandisers deal with it. No load, no dealing with WM managers.
