My manager has less technical skills than me but more soft skills. So yeah.... I do admire and trust him. I hope to pick up some of his people skills to better myself.
I been through 4 managers in 7 years. I had 2 awesome ones and 2 were just okay.
I have not had a good trustworthy or competent manager since 2005... I would add that I've had more than 10 managers over 17 years...
Nothing new...
