First of all Automation is a big scam or a mask to hide their company status. Suddenly people who r super smart can't learn n upgrade themselves to these changes? when companies can take cost of an employee and have no projects they r playing this automation card digitalization and so on to lay off..I know many people with all thee skills agile scrum masters and all looking desperately for projects and. With all this skill sets being laid off . It's just commotion to cover up cost cuttings due to their lack of judgement n giving control to the too political people in the company to decide who they should lay off. Any people soon will witness wat is what .losing talent with lack of proper judgement n trusting ppl who make revenue for the company with tons of politics . These ppl the mangers at the higher level give the projects to their friends n keep the talented people idle and HR hand I. Hand with such managers.
