Upgrade & upskill is a mantra to sustain in d current market situation.

It's very easy to blame others for our failures but it takes courage to take ownership of our own actions.i have been working in CG since two years & yes,have seen some roadblocks but that has not stopped me from growing in CG. One has to be focused on what he/ she wants to achieve in life.Cg has given a great platform to me to interact with leaders who are inspiring.

I got an opportunity to learn something new .I have a great team & good manager who not only take care of my professional growth but are also genuinely concerned about my well being.i have been always given challenging work which keeps me going.i am looking forward for enriching career with Capgemini.

what you should upgrade ?

Buttering and flattering ?

or any other duboius favours.

you put pressure on employees. you know how much time they work per day.

you treat employees like vegetable peels and fruit peels.

even in spite of all this , if one upgrades how much hike will you guys give.

This person must be a HR personnel who just talks nonsense and never up to the point! Shame to have such HR. CG Pune- FS is the worst place to work for. As DM and HR are just dump!!

even if upskill with latest technolgies, old employee are unanted, they want fresher with these skills so that they can pay a pittance for latest skill and exract highest price from cleints and make huge profit.
