The layoffs are not done, there is still overlapping in departments and they will be trimmed by end of summer. Some contract services will be gone as well. I'm thankful I've been able to hold on and feel for the families that's parent has lost their position. Some long time hard working people. It's strange some that have kept their positions thus far as opposed to great people that were let go. Shocking to say the least. Western Region, hang on to your britches. Gears also, I'm sure will be closing. How the FaciltynManage has kept her job is beyond many of us. Two faced people like her won't last with the Technip environment. Total disrespect on her part.

Maybe the performance of the company stock since Jan 1 has left everyone speechless.
I lurk on this website from time to time, but have to agree with you. Seems like everyone is gone.
It looks like that everyone that posted on here before has been laid off! No new postings? Where is everyone? Afraid???
That is how all companies are today! FMC is now with them, in the past it was a different FMC they valued their older employees, they relied on them to teach the younger generation, but not anymore.
If there is one lesson that FMC taught me it is that you can work long and hard to get to a certain point in your career. Give it 110% of everything you got each and everyday. Go out of your way to help others and help the company be profitable, but the day you become outdated and they can find a better deal with someone else, you will be replaced and there isn't a damn thing you can do about it.

There are no more layoffs coming this year so relax and just work hard at your job. This comes from a real good source so stop listening to those who just want attention.
