VOTING UNIT
EMPLOYEES ELIGIBLE TO VOTE: Those eligible to vote are: All full-time and regular part-time field service technicians and logistics "warehouse" employees employed by the Employer at its Delancey Street, Newark, New Jersey facility who were employed by the Employer during the payroll period ending Saturday, March 18, 2017.
EMPLOYEES NOT ELIGIBLE TO VOTE: Those not eligible to vote are: All office clerical employees, confidential employees, outside plant technicians, inside plant technicians, construction technicians, coordinators, mechanics, fiber technicians, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.

In the Training Room at the Employer's 335 DELANCEY STREET NEWARK, NEW JERSEY FACILITY.
