Patient Safety Issues

I don't think the fact that the off-shore workers can see patient data is as much issue as the off-shore workers that just took our place do not know Paragon and how it works. They also do not understand how to make programs changes that are needed to fix issues. What is going to happen when they start making changes to programs and source code that are incorrect? That is the real patient safety issue.

The Horizon replacement was a horrible thing to watch. They ruined their product and came over and did the same thing to Paragon. Sad.

We all know that Paragon had a great future until Horizon Management took over and replaced Paragon workers with their buddies. Seems like history repeats it self with India now.

@MAw2znA-1lyq: Paragon has been a profitable product for at least a decade, cupcake. Exactly how many hospitals installed your product?

Yeah, I thought so.

Right... because HzERM proved to be such a 'superior' product! LOL

Paragon as a whole is a joke. Don't be so proud for your part in making another inferior product. If it was a good marketable product they would be able to afford American developers. It does not sell so costs need to be contained.

I totally agree. The Paragon software updates to 14.1 have been a train wreck and will continue to be. Customers who are being scammed or pressured into upgrading will be left holding the bag as it continues going south. Our executives don't care if the software kills any patients anymore. All that matters is that the shareholders are happy.
