I worked for CSC from 1996 thru 2004. Before I was at CSC I was bank officer-level at a major bank in Dallas. I joined CSC and immediately I realized CSC wasted their employees' talents. The hiring manager was some dumb bimbo who couldn't manage herself out of a wet paper bag, yet she "had a MBA". MBA in what is the question. MBA in incompetence? Stupidity? She was one of the worst managers I ever had.
As with most companies, there were great employees there, very talented and really knew their stuff. What happened? Inept Management. Stupid management decisions that could be a studied in business schools as what not to do. How not to lead. Management wasted talent and the talent left in droves. They treated their employees like sh-t.
