Breaking news!!

Capgemini India has laid off an employee with 12 years of association with the same CG. He was rated good in appraisal and promoted to a manager position and then laid off. Where it is heading.

Seems like IGate had acquired Capgemini and started firing to reduce Capgemini burden! Thanks to Srinivas Kandula.

There are some managers who are bullies, both at offshore and onsite.

They show off as if they are Noble prize winners with some special skills.

Their favorite pastime is bullying those juniors who are introvert and reserved.

The work culture has degraded in the past 2-3 years.

If you have rapport with boss, you can do anything and get away, else your life is a hell.
