I really like to know how you guys are doing now that the union is in. Is it more quiet or R U guys OK? Is it better? You have management getting on U? I really want to know.

was the union voted in for all techs....OSP and construction too or just FS?
Everything has been really quiet. Some techs said it was hard to contact a supervisor on the day of the vote & the day after. They weren't answering their phones. Besides no bagels on Thursday its business as usual for the techs
Only thing we lost was bagels. But so did non Represented employees. I thought everything was frozen till a contract is in place. How is management going to "get on you" when you do your job. Better yet when you do it well. I'm pretty sure if management could organize they would as well. It's about keeping food on the table nothing more nothing less.
