Oakland shop is union which includes field service,osp,and construction? If so do you know if osp and or construction had previously signed over to ats? Can we confirm this about these other 2 departments? To my understandings osp and construction have already moved over due to NO CHOICE.

Stupid move on constructions part for they are totally not customer facing and can be easily replaced by contractors. Warwick was all contracted out from almost 20 years

Correct, construction is not part of the union. Which I think sort of s---s but it is what it is.
I don't believe construction was a part of it.
