I did some quick computations we are only working about 155 days this year. you have to work X amount of hours to earn vacation and personal time. If they keep cutting hours we will not qualify for our derserved time paid. They got it all figured out how not to pay us!

Per HR if you read the policy and hold them to it. It states as Full Time employee if you are under 5 years of service you earn 3.08 hours of vacation time per pay period. So if you work till Aug the 5th a 40 week on avg you will get 80 hr earned hours. My suggestion log it all before you quit. Do not let them pay you out and tax it.
