Energetic I Employees Needed

Seems pretty fishy, adds looking for energetic employees, They should bring in the energizer bunny rabbit. This is truly amazing they are going to clean up because trump won and getting all kinds of pipelines approved yet many of the milienium employees that voted for anti oil & gas Clinton are still there calling all the shots. Is that messed up or what.

Access also has some nice physical assets as well, some of those may be kept or sold to pay down debt, stay tuned for the next chapter. They offer no new technology, advanced know how or better way of doing things than Williams, in fact one can easily make the case that their way of doing things is less cost effective than Williams, increased operating & maintenance costs, less flexibility, fewer design options, poorer operating reliability, etc.

A better way is to stand up for your employees both Williams and Access. Take the strenghts of both organizations. Too much distortion of information, bashing and finger pointing. Williams has been around since 1918 a great organization with a great history. Access is a newbie in the marketplace, with really nothing much new to add expect for some lucrative contracts with Cheasapeake that could not be maintained as the price of natural gas plumments, sorry to break the news but those are the facts.

Legacy Access employees were being offered 15-20% raises on top of relocation packages. All you williams employees seem bitter that you are the ones being tossed aside. There's a reason Williams went after Access and that was to clean up the static mess that is the Tulsa Williams culture.

Nobody is fooling anybody. Access was being promoted To keep Keith Meister happy on the board and prevent AA from getting terminated. They where going to turn things around. AA almost got terminated but did not and he has a new board, investors are happy As the stock rises. These Access people would be better off blending into Williams AA doesn't need them anymore. They are way overated, imho.

Agreed, be grateful for what you have, If you believe in GOD it is important. Also a lot of whinning and complaining is a quick way of getting shown out the door. Williams pays well and has great benefits, if you want to keep that keep your mouth shut. The oil patch is highly volatile.

You should have hear all the complaints this week when CHK/ACMP people found out what Williams considers generous raises and bonuses. Bunch of whiners who thought CHK was the real world. Some were expecting raises of 10 or more percent. Get back to exploration company to see something like that. I love my raise and bonus and it spends great here in Tulsa

These people are so average. The text books tell you to bring in younger people with energy to become the new leaders, I am all for that. But what they as missing is the need for a few gray haired workers even at the lower levels, it provides balance and experience. Also it is against the law to hire or fire based on age. In the case I must conclude that Williams has fake core values, not to be confused with fake news. Just plain stupid as well.

Energy is defined as the capacity of a physical system to perform work. However, it's important to keep in mind that just because energy exists, it doesn't means it's necessarily available to do work.
