Dayton Daily covered the story, more layoffs are coming, almost for sure. Ulliman made a public statement (see below) and they rarely do this if they are not certain about things. Now you can make an argument that they will try to move employees around, offer other positions, eliminate contractors first, etc. The fact is, we do not know how things will play out
