It has been two weeks since my layoff and I have not received my WARN payment. When should it arrive? Also, would it be direct deposit or a paper check?
I've been so let down by HPE, since leaving a good role after being aggressively head-hunted by them. They've lied to me many times, but have been so careful to keep it out of writing.

Yeah...HPE HR never tells you when...so for me it was as follows:
1) Notified on 10/10/16 (Monday)...it is always on a Monday!
2) Paycheck deposited on 10/21/16 for worked hours up until 10/10/16.
3) First payment (from your letter)...arrived via direct deposit on 11/4/16...two weeks from Friday on week of WFR notice.
4) Second Payment (Benefits) arrived via direct deposit on 12/2/16 via direct deposit.
5) Last Payment arrived on 12/30/16...this is the amount you will get when you return the "promise not to sue or bad mouth HPE" letter back to HR.

Mine arrived 14 days after my last day of employment. It was direct deposited the same as paychecks had been before. The Benefits payment came in just a bit short of 4 weeks to the same account.
