Jeez. Stop with the slavery references and the poor me crap. You're being paid to do a job. Don't like the job? Leave. Don't like the pay? Leave. This is how life works. You put all your chips in to be union so enjoy it. Everyday at work is going to be a drama filled, b*tch fest for the next 3+ years. Who wants to come into a job where you feel the need to record every conversation. You act like everything is a conspiracy. Management isn't 'the man'. They're hard working folks just doing the best they can at this job. So congrats on an awesome decision. Enjoy a contract that gets you the same or less pay while paying dues. No raises for years. Altice has already been taking our money idiot .if you want to stay on the plantation stay do your research before you open your month. We gave altice a chance they blew it big time.

They took the holiday bonus. They took away sick time. They're taking vacation time." Shut up already. Go work for another company that DOESN'T give a holiday bonus. Go work for a company that gives a MAXIMUM 2 weeks vacation no matter how long you've worked there. Go work for a company that FIRES you if you call out sick the day after a holiday. If you don't like it just leave. Guys are securing there future so what let them freeze everything until a contract is made but guess what they won't be doing taking away things.
