Am I the only one insulted by the "chucklefest" put on by the Kelloggs "Leadership" Team during the Town Hall Conf Call? With all the laughing and joking going on I kind of FORGOT that they are laying off over 7000 employees and affecting thousands of lives on top of that (Family etc....).
Lets be clear here folks, the Kelloggs "Leadership" Team makes probably 50 times what we make with stock options and bonuses thrown in. Norman's total compensation in '15 was over 3 million dollars. Deanie bought herself a quaint cottage for $1.05 million.
The laughter and joking going on during this Town hall Meeting was a DISGRACE! They preach to us about K values? Would you laugh and carry on during a funeral? I guess if you make over a million dollars a year in compensation you have the right make light of other peoples misfortune.
....Or maybe its nervous laughter....business must be in the toilet....this company is a dumpster fire.
If my budget is UN-attainable and UN-realistic I'm NOT going to kill myself for the nest 5 months. I'll put that extra effort into finding a NEW JOB.
Kelloggs CAN NOT; even if you sign the termination agreement; stop you from looking for a job. Lets get that clear.
This Town Hall Conf Call makes me wonder where all this GENEROUSITY was when we were killing ourselves over the past year trying to get the NEW Model work.
