even the NEW r and D staffs are looking for jobs .
gloomy days and negativity all around even from GM to cleaners!

Another 10% cut coming in May/june time frame.
The only relationship DQ interested in is with their shareholders. The workers, the ones that produce and build their product aren't important enough too them, not happy then leave DQ will just find someone else to replace you at a cheaper rate.

Consider good? How good relation are being measured? By the number of headcount you reduced?
Perhaps they could be made "excellent" by eliminating PTO?
