Sure is, bro. Check the site rules somewhere in the footer. They have few simple rules, like sharing personal info and using derogatory language not allowed. Quite easy to follow, but if you brake it, site admins can be brutal. They can nuke all you ever written and block your IP as well. They did it to me a month ago for naming a coworker (wasn't even in a bad context), on proxy ever since- super slow.
