Morale is awful especially when the offices have trumbleweed blowing through them......there is no leadership.nowadays, nothing........I honestly believe this company will never be the same under the Baker control.
Be hard to maintain that "Customer Service" Award without the People that made it happen...Will be real interested to see what happens once the Baker Hughes Team takes over!
