Thread regarding Kellogg Co. layoffs

Good to know.

Lawyer looked over agreement. It's a standard company agreement, nothing hidden. Makes sure the company gets what it wants, a good name with a smooth transition. A call into HR confirmed, for us, that if the agreement is not signed, it's viewed as an early resignation. No severance package. Hope this info helps any of employees struggling with the wording and wanting to know all possible avenues! Good luck.

Kellogg threw out any notion of responsibility to family years ago!

Was retired without a choice last year. I feel so very sorry for those who are going through this. The current culture of Kellogg's is to abandon family.

Is your husband a sales employee, or a union employee.
