They plan to cut more people and blame everyone but themselves for the mess they are in. Let's face it, when you have senior merchandising leadership that has never worked in the stores and really only have their jobs because daddy was the former President of the company, you can't expect success. They try to blame deflation, they try to blame the people and in the end it is their lack of understanding on how to get the job done. They would rather go to hockey games and dinners with vendors than repair what is broken. Until they clean house along the whole wall of merchandising leadership, they are doomed. Starting with the former leader of GEBS, right on down the line. Their motto is Nepitism rules. I can't wait until the get bought out so there is real hope for a better day.
