Honestly can't believe the union won in Oakland ! Randolph should be next with the moral as low as I've ever seen it ! The rules constantly changing and things just get taken away from us that we have worked so hard to get . Plus not to mention the favoritism that goes on . At least with a union it would be fair across the board . The rules would be the same too for everyone . It's like a union already without the security . Ats sounds good but with no security that's scary . At least with Cablevision you never had to worry about where you'd be in a year . Very scary . I think it's good that all the different depts are starting to say the U word not just FS. Have to see what may come !

Both OSP supervisors took the buyout. Looks like as many people that can take the buyout possible are. They see the writing on the wall. All I know is I heard the union is finally going to make its way in the Randolph and I think that's great. Give everybody a shock. We could use a union rep or anybody besides the useless AOM that we have.
do any Randolph guys here know if any of the long timer supers left or took a buyout? Those guys were there when I came in and where still there when I left 3 years ago last I heard
sounds like hauppauge with a useless aom and the moral shot glad i left just wish you all the best
I haven't been in Randolph as long as the other people here but I have to agree that our AOM should not be in this position. I also think the union would do very good here. Our ATS meetings are coming up in less than two weeks. If it's going to happen it should happen soon.
I used to work out of Randolph for many years. Glad I left a couple years before the crap hit the fan with the sale to the devils at Altice
What local going to Randolph
I agree!! In the 10 years I have been here our newest AOM is useless and has no control of the shop and the moral is gone.. I'd say the union has a good shot in Randolph
