My review was a joke. Would be better to get 13 weeks pay and move on. They don't care to motivate or reward employees anymore.

At least they didn't hold anyone hostage to train their inferior replacements this time. Bastards.
I think it was probably vacation time, plus a week for each year at the company. Speaking from the 2nd round experience - the first was this way too from what I was told. (So if you were there 8 years = 2months pay plus any vacation time you had).
13 weeks of pay.
