Haven't received my paper W2 yet but I was able to log in to ADP and download it.

I got my hard copy today too.
I received my paper, mailed, W2 today... 2/2/2017. Relief.
Anyone have a phone number for ADP in which a real person answers? I want to remind them that they are being paid to send out the W2's.
W2 successfully downloaded from ADP. All I remembered was my username and had no problem resetting my password by clicking "forgot password". My cell phone number associated with my account had not changed so they texted me a code and the whole thing was a piece of cake to get into. W2 was in my hands in less than 5 minutes total.
I tried requesting a new password with a current email and it would not let me any suggestions?
I got my password reset using my current email not my old itt email. Sent a link to my current email which let me reset my password.
I forgot my password. Of course the login is out old itt email so o can't reset it. Does anyone have a phone number or info about updating the password? Thanks

Based on the bankruptcy trustee court document to employ ADP for W-2 distribution, ADP should mail a copy of the W-2 to all former ITT Tech employees.
The court document can be found at the URL below. See page Page 4 for the Terms for Compensation which includes payment to ADP for direct mail of W-2 forms as well as online access.

We spent time on phone with ADP yesterday and given wrong info Wrong email to send to request from woman no longer at Itt Told only recourrse is contact IRS. Good luck with that one! But we are checking now....wow. It's there!! Woo hoo! Maybe cause I called and complained?! Now can they just give us our 401k already!

Thanks for the info! Had to check ADP website myself. My 2016 W-2 is there.
