It is shameful that Legacy Igate HR head is Capgemini CEO, that's leading to major legacy Capgemini Employees layoff. I gate Management has taken over enforcing the rating 4 despite a good feed back from client and enforcing to call client and give them wrong excuse of voluntarily resignation.
This will bad impression in market would be B rated organization.

These iGaters are actually Patni Computers product, they were not able to run Patni and sold to iGate in 2011, after they were not able to run iGate as well, in 2015 they sold their company to Capgemini, it shows that the management for legacy Patni was actually bad, now I fear that they will sell Capgemini India division as well....
The management of iGate are actually loosers and nothing else....
No skills at all and they are the biggest dumb in whole world.

If CG management doesn't takeover once again I can see this company also getting sold to someone....Atleast a part of the company can get sold....
