You start believing in your actions and behavior.
It's not right to have massive, yearly, chronic lay offs.
It's not normal to not offer salaries commensurate with the competition.
It's not right to give raises and bonuses to a few select top echelon on the backs of the workers that drive the bread and butter.

As I have posted many times I remember from 1970 until 2000 when workers were treated
with respect by the Ceo and Board . Workers were given good wages and benefits as part
of the company thanks for giving 100% .
Then sadly they started bringing in bean counters who looked at employee's as a great
expense which needed to be cut no matter what.
