They are not getting rid of toilet paper. They have asked each system to budget the office essentials for the year. Once the amount you budget for is gone, then it may be a b.y.o.t.p. type situation. I read about this before the deal was done, so we planned ahead.

Everyone need to take dump from time to time. Paper that we gave right now is like I'm using my hand to do it. It is so sad that f---ing billionaire is trying to save on toilet paper. Just like they say "FRENCH LIKE TO DO IT NATURALY" NASTYYYYYYYYYYY!
You will be to busy running around doing jobs getting paid per job you won't be thinking about the bathroom. HENCE no need for toilet paper these educated people are so smart that's why they are cable techs
