everyone will be going over to do the same job you are already doing, so the answer is the same people will be working on the coax while contractors do the fiber build
They don't care about service, they acquire assets and eliminate expenditures for maximum profits. They lie they cheat they do not invest then move on to their next acquisition and do the same thing sounds familiar?
